Yes, I can! Yes, I will! Yes, I am!
It is time for an update!
The past few weeks I have been focused on being more consistent in my workouts and paying more attention to my diet.
I am still working Metabolic Masterpiece program(see link in sidebar). The current phase I am doing the next 3 weeks is the "Rock that Body" phase. It incorporates several different styles of training within one workout. I love it! It's a four day body part split working on one body part per week. Incorporating straight sets, drop sets, and supersets.
I have set a huge goal that I have set for my birthday August 11. The goal is to drop my bodyfat to 15% (or better) and meet a long time role model of mine, Scott Tousignant, the auther of the Metabolic Masterpiece program. I have talked about doing this for several years, but never followed through. I want to be one of his program success stories...with pics for proof!
The arms here are looking good, but I know it will only get better as I stay consistent with my training and train hard! Dial in my nutrition to drop the body fat%
This is a huge goal for me and scares me! I've been at 15% before (back in Feb. 2010) so I know I can do it again! Determined focus!
