Sticking Points
How do I undo what has been done? I stick with my meal plan! Be consistent over time and I will accumulate Momentum I am in a "U-turn" of getting back on track with my meals. Do the work. Make it a priority! Progress is coming. No worries.
Sounds like a workable plan!
